From our kitchen to your table
A Greek family's Italian restaurant — five decades in the making.
Our story began in the early '70s, when a Greek immigrant purchased a pizza oven in Chicago, loaded it into his truck, and drove the Alcan Highway all the way to Alaska to open a restaurant.
What started as a small dream grew into a community favorite, built on authentic recipes, warm hospitality, and a family-run spirit.

The next generation
Ownership passes to his son and daughter-in-law, who serve many of the original recipes to this day.
The next generation
The same recipes. The same welcome.
Ownership has passed to the founder's son and daughter-in-law, who proudly continue the tradition of serving many of the original recipes while keeping the restaurant's intimate, welcoming atmosphere.
Over the years, we've watched customers bring in their children — and now those same children return as adults, with families of their own.
